Plans and billing

The prices#

Starter 19 €, Pro 39 €, Premium 69 €. Plus VAT, per month, per restaurant. No commission per order, no fee on revenue, no setup fee.

Two restaurants means paying twice: each one has its own ordering page, its own menu and its own numbers.

What separates the plans#

Ordering page, own address, embedding, pickup, delivery with zones, pre-ordering, menu, design, five languages, Google reviews, statistics, visitor numbers, recognising regulars, the AI assistant and emails to guests are in EVERY plan.

• Kitchen screen: from Pro.
• Receipt printer in the kitchen: from Pro.
• Table QR and ordering at the table: from Pro.
• Online payment through your own Stripe account: from Pro.
• SMS to guests: from Pro (50 orders a month), Premium 150.
• Stamp card: from Pro.
• AI menu import: 5 times a month on Starter, 15 on Pro, 30 on Premium.
• Connecting a point of sale: Premium only.
• Removing the Flavoso line at the foot of the ordering page: Premium only.
• Forwarding new orders by email or webhook: every plan.

The trial#

Fourteen days, with every feature of the chosen plan. A payment method is stored to start; nothing is charged during the trial.

Cancel before it ends and you pay nothing. There is no notice period and no phone call, there is a button in your account.

Billing and cancellation#

After the trial it runs monthly and can be cancelled monthly; access ends at the end of the month you paid for.

Changing plan works at any time in both directions and is prorated.

Invoices and payment method are in your personal account under Subscription and billing. From there a button leads into the payment provider's customer portal.

What happens when you downgrade#

Features the new plan does not include are switched off, not deleted. Tables and QR codes stay stored; they simply stop taking orders until a plan includes them again.

The menu, the order history and the settings are untouched in every case.
