Regulars and the stamp card

Recognising regulars is in every plan, the digital stamp card from the Pro plan.

Recognising regulars

Flavoso counts which visit an order is and writes it on the ticket: “order no. 7”. On top of that, the numbers say what share of orders comes from guests who came back.

This is in every plan and costs nothing, because it costs nothing: it is a number out of data that is there anyway. A guest you recognise on their seventh time is the cheapest marketing channel a restaurant has.

The stamp card

You set how many orders are worth a stamp and what a full card gets the guest. Guests collect the stamps in their own account in the app.

It belongs to the Pro plan and above, because unlike recognising a regular it actually gives something away.

The “Stamp card” tab. At the top the switch “Stamp card active”, below it “Reward after” (that many completed orders), the minimum order value it applies from, and the choice of reward: percentage discount, fixed amount or a free dish. At the bottom a sentence spells out what all that adds up to.

No account in the ordering flow

An account is never required to order. Anyone who wants to order without one orders without one. The stamp card is an offer, not a hurdle.

That is a deliberate decision against the usual way. Forcing a sign-in before the basket costs more orders than a loyalty card brings in.
